Job summary

Tes is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own a value stream end-to-end, setting strategy, commercial performance, and investment across a portfolio of products for schools and educators.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations, with senior stakeholders, and operate in a hybrid pattern with three days in the office, based in Sheffield or London.

Qualifications

• Substantial product management experience in a complex or multi-product SaaS environment.
• Track record of owning outcomes across more than one product or team.
• Experience leading initiatives spanning several functions and changing a business trajectory.
• Evidence of decisions taken under commercial pressure, and of going back to see what they produced.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for your value stream and own its commercial performance.
• Lead go-to-market planning across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations.
• Manage prioritisation and investment across growth, retention and platform health.
• Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to deliver against outcomes.
