Job summary

Kainos in Norwich is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Public Sector to lead engagements from concept to delivery. You will shape product strategies and business cases in a user-centred context and coach senior staff while driving agile transformation.

The role requires strong communication with C-level stakeholders, deep domain knowledge across sectors, and the ability to deliver within fast-changing environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive product management knowledge with strong UX, Agile and programme assurance.
• Experience across at least two major verticals including public sector.
• Experience in two business application environments such as CRM or eCommerce.
• Proven ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders and mentor clients.
• Broad business/tech understanding and awareness of industry trends.
• Delivered value as part of an agile team and led coaching activities.
• Experience managing or mentoring a small multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate requirements into functional specs.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work within project constraints.
