Job summary

Paysafe, a global payments platform, is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Video Gaming Ecosystem. You will define strategy, own the product vision across merchant and consumer experiences, and drive monetization and platform growth in gaming.

As a domain expert, you will partner with executives to set priorities, align engineering, commercial and operations, and lead large-scale initiatives across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in platform/ecosystem products.
• Deep experience in video gaming, digital marketplaces, or digital entertainment.
• Strong expertise in payments, fintech, wallets, or digital transaction platforms.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across teams.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and align across organizations.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, payment infrastructure, and platform architecture.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring product managers and shaping product organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term product strategy for Paysafe’s gaming ecosystem, covering merchant payment capabilities and consumer experiences.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning wallets, alternative payment methods, payments, fraud/risk, and platform integrations.
• Drive global monetization, funding, spending, and wallet experiences for players while ensuring merchant success.
• Partner with executive leadership to influence roadmap priorities and investment opportunities.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to accelerate delivery of high-impact capabilities.
