Job summary

Discovery Education in Bath, UK is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Math & Literacy portfolio across DreamBox products. As a senior product leader, you will define long-term strategy and drive portfolio priorities in collaboration with Curriculum, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.

You will build and develop a team of product managers and curriculum designers, establish OKRs, and guide investments to improve learning outcomes and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience in multi-product portfolios.
• 5+ years of experience leading product managers and curriculum professionals.
• Experience developing portfolio strategy to improve adoption, retention, and business performance.
• Experience leading roadmap prioritization and cross-functional alignment with exec leadership.
• Experience partnering with engineering on technically complex products and applying AI or emerging tech to improve product development.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-year product vision and investment priorities for the portfolio.
• Own the roadmap and lifecycle across all portfolio products.
• Align product plans with growth, retention, and business performance goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team.
• Communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
