Aspire Technology is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to influence what gets built in a product-led, high-growth environment. You will work with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to shape customer value.

The role focuses on owning problems from customer needs to production delivery, building scalable Python/Django products and robust APIs, with ownership across the lifecycle.

The opportunity includes a strong base package, bonus and equity, and the chance to impact the platform direction.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Python and Django.
• Experience with Django REST Framework.
• Proven track record building customer-facing web apps.
• Experience in a product-led engineering environment.
• Experience with APIs and databases.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop scalable products using Python and Django.
• Develop robust APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate across Product, Design and Engineering teams.
• Own features through the full product lifecycle.
• Translate customer problems into well-designed technical solutions.
• Support and improve production systems.
• Contribute to technical direction and engineering best practices.
• Challenge existing approaches to improve the product.
