In this role, you’ll be working in a lean team, building Checkout’s own People Operating System. Your role will be to develop products that all of our 2000+ employees will use daily, from ideation to deployment.
Our vision is to create the Operating System for everything about our People at Checkout. We are creating a comprehensive OS suite covering the entire employee lifecycle, from pre-joining to alumni status, and everything in between.
We believe that investing in our internal OS will empower our people to thrive by providing a suite of tools aligned with our Culture and Operating Principles, tailored to their needs and used daily.
We embody our Run Lean and Pace Matters Operating Principles. We are building a Checkout People OS team that is lean by design, where those who define what should be built are also the ones building it. We believe that rapid iteration (within days) is key to our success.
We are user-centric. Everyone is involved in discussions with users to understand their pains and needs. We understand what it takes to build a great product. We possess the technical expertise needed to develop our products. When lacking certain skills, we rally support to maintain high quality.

Hybrid Working Model: Offices globally are onsite 3 days per week (Tue-Thu). We support collaborative work in the office and remote partnerships. Office days feature snacks, breakfast, and lunch.
