Job summary

Board Intelligence is seeking a Product Engineer to design, build and ship AI-powered features across the full stack. You will own end-to-end technical design for scalable systems and work closely with clients and the product team to deliver robust solutions.

You will leverage Claude Code and other AI tools to ship high-quality software, balancing speed with security and data protection for enterprise clients. Fluency in English is required for collaboration and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior software engineer delivering end-to-end product features.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend and backend.
• Proficient in TypeScript with backend experience in Java or C#.
• System design experience, especially for enterprise-scale systems.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code in daily workflow.
• Ability to discover client needs and translate into robust technical solutions.
• Proven track record of owning problems end-to-end and collaborating with product teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship features across the full stack for AI-powered products, new and existing.
• Collaborate with clients and product teammates to understand needs and craft solutions.
• Own the technical design of complex system parts to enable scalability.
• Utilize Claude Code and AI tools daily while maintaining high engineering quality.
• Balance speed with security, reliability and data protection for enterprise clients.
• Contribute to engineering practices, including code reviews and knowledge sharing.
