Improbable is building a high-performance DEX to give traders fast, reliable and fair execution. You’ll join the core team to take it to the next level and shape its execution, performance and trading experience.

You’re a product builder who owns problems end-to-end, ships complex systems, and understands trader expectations. Experience building trading platforms or a DEX is ideal for this early, ambitious team.

Build a high-performance DEX

We are building a high-performance DEX designed to give traders fast, reliable and fair execution.

The product is live. Now we need an engineer to take it to the next level.

You’re a product builder

• You may be a founding engineer, an early product engineer or someone who has helped build a trading product from the ground up.

• What matters is that you have owned real product decisions, shipped complex systems and understand what traders expect from the products they use.

• You’ll have experience building trading platforms or products. Experience building a DEX would be ideal.

The opportunity

You will work on the core DEX and help shape its execution, performance and trading experience.

This is not a narrow engineering role. We are looking for someone who:
