Job Opportunity: Senior Product Engineer

Our Cambridge-based client is currently seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join their growing product engineering team. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, Asian fabs, assembly, test, and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include New Product Introduction (NPI), yield engineering, and automotive product quality. Additionally, the role requires providing Project Management oversight for the development of Enabling Technologies at subcontractor sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong semiconductor product engineering experience
• NPI, yield, and process integration knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with Asian subcontractors
• Automotive experience (desirable)
