Overview

Our Cambridge based client is currently searching for a Senior Product Engineer to join the growing product engineering team. The role involves working closely with internal teams, Asian fabs, assembly, test and subcontractors. New Product Introduction (NPI), yield engineering and automotive product quality are important aspects of the role. In addition to Product Engineering responsibilities, the role requires the ability to provide Project Management oversight for the development of enabling technologies at subcontractor sites.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, Asian fabs, assembly, test and subcontractors on product development activities.
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), yield engineering, and process integration initiatives.
  • Support automotive product quality programs and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide Project Management oversight for the development of enabling technologies at subcontractor sites.
Qualifications
  • Strong semiconductor product engineering experience
  • NPI, yield and process integration knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with Asian subcontractors
  • Automotive experience desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, Engineering or similar disciplines
