My Client, founded in 2006, is a leading independent ETP provider globally, offering a range of innovative products across commodities, currencies, equities, and fixed income. They are seeking a Product Specialist based in London or Munich to play a key role in developing and maintaining their product suite.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Source, research, and validate new product ideas across asset classes, building business cases for approval.
2. Drive product structuring, innovation, and work with external/internal stakeholders on product documentation and swap agreements.
3. Act as a product expert, answer queries, review product performance, and explain strategies to clients and teams.
4. Manage the entire product lifecycle from sourcing to ongoing enhancements.
5. Lead cross-departmental projects for new product development and restructuring, including planning, communication, and milestone tracking.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Degree-level education.
2. 4-8 years experience in asset management or investment banking, with knowledge of various asset classes.
3. Proficiency with project management tools.
4. Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
