Job summary

Altro is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional projects within our Technical team. You will drive product development, sustainability, compliance, and process improvement from initiation to delivery.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and governance, delivering clear reporting to senior stakeholders while coaching teams on best practice and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, APM Chartered Project Professional or equivalent.
• Demonstrable project management experience within complex product development environments.
• Proven success delivering cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working within formal governance frameworks and StageGate-style processes.
• Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• Experience improving project management processes, systems or ways of working.

Responsibilities

We're now looking for a Senior Product Development Project Manager to join our Technical team and play a key role in delivering some of our most important strategic projects.

So, what will you be doing?

As Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation through to successful delivery.

What we're looking for

We're interested in experienced project managers ideally from a manufacturing, engineering, product development, infrastructure, transport, technical or FMCG environment. We're looking for someone who can bring structure, leadership and momentum to complex projects.

You’ll ideally have:
