Job summary

Reebok in Watford seeks a Senior Product Developer to own end-to-end garment development for menswear and womenswear, from concept to bulk production, across in-house and SMU ranges. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will coordinate with Design, Sourcing and Production, manage fit, lab dips, costings, calendars, and supplier communications to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• YOU MUST HAVE GARMENT TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in apparel Product Development across sportswear, activewear, or athleisure.
• Experience working with Far East suppliers and managing end-to-end product development processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development across menswear and womenswear from concept through bulk production.
• Collaborate with Design, Sourcing, and Production to meet deadlines and quality.
• Create and maintain measurement charts, tech packs, line lists, and documentation.
• Communicate daily with Far East suppliers on timelines, approvals, costing.
• Attend fit sessions and manage fit comments, amendments, and sample approvals.
• Review lab dips, print strike-offs, embroideries, trims, and PP samples.
• Support critical path management with calendar deadlines and milestones.
• Oversee sample management, product uploads, supplier portal admin, and approvals.
