Job Description:

Join HSBC Asset Management as a Senior Product Developer and Structurer at the Associate Director level. This role involves overseeing product development, managing regulatory projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and strategic growth of investment products across regions including Ireland and Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead regulatory projects related to core product sets such as UCITS, SFDR, SDR, MIFID, and AMF Doctrine, with knowledge of Hong Kong and Germany regulations.
2. Develop fund proposals based on new or updated regulations for various asset classes within Luxembourg, Irish, or UK ranges.
3. Stay informed about regulatory changes and collaborate with stakeholders on fund requirements.
4. Define house standards related to Sustainability, considering investor needs, regulatory mandates, and fund impact.
5. Manage fund changes, mergers, and closures ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in investment management and knowledge of investment strategies and asset classes.
2. Deep understanding of fund regulations such as UCITS, SFDR, and Mifid.
3. Experience in product development and regulatory compliance.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate and oversee complex projects.
5. Proficiency in analyzing change requirements within fund documentation and business models.
