We seek a
Senior Product Designer, Vice President to join our Global Collateral team in
Manchester (hybrid).
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled designer who excels in collaboration, design execution, and creating impactful user experiences rooted in research.
You will work in a fast-paced, agile environment across multiple teams, contributing immediately to diverse projects.
Join our vibrant, growing global design practice and make an impact by:
- User-Centered Design: Lead with a user-first approach, addressing user needs, behaviors, and insights from research to create seamless, intuitive experiences.
- Journey Mapping: Map and analyze end-to-end user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities, ensuring a cohesive experience.
- Interaction and UI Design: Design complex web interfaces and workflows that are functional and visually engaging, using animation and micro-interactions thoughtfully.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design efforts with business goals.
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Use tools like Figma and Miro to develop high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Design System Knowledge: Contribute to maintaining visual consistency through design systems and reusable components.
- Complex Systems Knowledge: Understand and simplify complex system requirements into clear design solutions.
- Communication and Storytelling: Articulate design concepts clearly, engaging stakeholders and fostering alignment.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
To succeed, candidates should have:
- A degree in User Experience Design, Design, HCI, Psychology, or related fields.
- Experience in digital product design within regulated sectors like finance, health, or insurance; financial services experience is a plus.
- Research experience is advantageous.
