The Job

The Design team focuses on ensuring the best user experience on our app. They are data-informed researchers, innovators, and content and design experts, overseeing the execution and validation of our platform's features. Joining this team means contributing to building a world-class function within a hyper-growth start-up. We seek a skilled UX/UI designer capable of creating human-centered experiences, comfortable with data-driven decisions, experimentation, and challenging detrimental choices. Collaboration with product managers and stakeholders is essential.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • At least 6+ years designing digital products for web and mobile
  • A portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX/UI skills, process, and impact
  • Experience with systemic or service design and cross-functional collaboration
  • Passion for complex user journeys, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Understanding of the full design process from ideation to launch, working with engineers
  • Experience in usability testing and research collaboration
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes, bonus for Protopie, AfterEffects
  • Knowledge of Design Systems and A11Y standards

Nice to have:

  • Experience in healthcare (not essential)

What you'll be doing

  • Empowering women, girls, and people who menstruate through better health understanding
  • Collaborating with UX researchers and data analysts to shape research and design user experiences
  • Supporting product initiatives and roadmaps
  • Co-designing with content designers to improve user experience
  • Evolving designs from prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups
  • Conducting discovery and ideation sessions
  • Performing heuristic evaluations for improvement

Salary Range:

London: £88,500—£102,000 GBP; Vilnius: €6,120—€7,100 EUR/month. Ranges vary by skills and experience.
