The Job

The Design team focuses on ensuring our users have the best experience on our app. They are data-informed researchers, innovators, content and design experts, overseeing the execution and validation of our platform and features. We are building a world-class function in a hyper-growth start-up environment. We seek a skilled UX/UI designer capable of creating human-centered experiences, using data to inform decisions, and collaborating effectively with product managers and stakeholders.

Your Experience

Must have:

• At least 6+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms
• A portfolio demonstrating product thinking, user experience, interaction, visual design, process, and impact
• Experience with systemic or service design and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Passion for designing complex user journeys, attention to detail, and clear communication of design decisions
• Understanding of end-to-end design process from ideation to launch, including troubleshooting with engineers
• Experience collaborating with UX Researchers in usability testing
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
• Ability to create interactive prototypes; bonus if using Protopie, Figma, AfterEffects
• Good understanding of Design Systems and Accessibility (A11Y)

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in healthcare (not essential)

What you'll be doing

• Empowering women, girls, and people who menstruate to understand their bodies and health
• Collaborating with UX researchers and data analysts to develop research plans and use data-driven insights for design
• Supporting product managers and design leads in shaping initiatives and roadmaps
• Working with content designers to co-create and visualize concepts
• Evolving designs from prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups
• Conducting discovery activities and facilitating ideation sessions
• Performing heuristic evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Salary Range - London: £88,500—£102,000 GBP; Vilnius: €6,120—€7,100 EUR. Ranges vary based on skills and experience.
