Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Senior Product Designer to shape pensions and retirement products. You will lead end-to-end design for complex financial services, transforming regulatory and financial requirements into accessible, user-centred experiences.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Content Designers, and stakeholders to define strategy, drive excellence, and mentor the design team while delivering scalable design systems.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Product/UX Designer in financial services.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking in pensions/retirement.
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design methodologies and service design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery.
• Design customer journeys and digital products across pensions and retirement propositions.
• Translate regulatory and financial requirements into simple experiences.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to uncover needs and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Champion data-informed design decisions.
• Drive accessibility and WCAG-compliant design practices.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems for consistency.
• Mentor other designers and raise team design quality.
