About the Role:

We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented and ambitious Senior Product Designer on behalf of a leading company in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in shaping user experiences across key products, driving innovation, and championing design excellence. If you have deep expertise in UX/UI design and a strategic mindset, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end design processes for complex projects, from research and ideation to final implementation.
2. Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to contribute to product strategies and roadmaps with a focus on user experience.
3. Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
4. Explore competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
5. Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that elevate user experiences.
6. Advocate for the user perspective in cross-functional discussions, ensuring design solutions address customer needs effectively.
7. Mentor Junior Designers, providing feedback and fostering skill development within the team.
8. Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation and contribute to refining processes for better outcomes.
9. Contribute to and evolve the company's design system, driving consistency and efficiency across products.

Requirements:

1. Significant experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of impactful projects across various platforms.
2. Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure.
3. Strong ability to synthesize user research and data insights into actionable design strategies.
4. Expertise in responsive, mobile-first design and accessibility standards.
5. Proven ability to lead design projects independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
6. Deep interest in understanding and responding to competitive landscapes and industry trends.
7. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
8. Interaction design skills (e.g., animation, transitions, movement).
9. Experience in user-testing (writing test scripts and using testing tools).
10. Other digital design experience (e.g., responsive web, iOS & Android, CMS back office).
