Job summary

Hilo by Aktiia is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own major product bets, from concept to shipped results. You will create high-fidelity prototypes using our design system and AI tools, and collaborate daily with engineers and product managers to ensure quality and consistency.

You will work remotely with teams across the UK and Europe, bringing strong UX/UI craft, a public portfolio, and the ability to design for health tech in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Senior product designer with health/consumer/regulated product experience preferred.
• 1–3 shipped case studies showing problem, your role, decisions and measurable impact.
• Strong UX and UI craft including visual hierarchy, typography, motion.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas from idea to shipped result.
• Turn research and data into clear design decisions.
• Collaborate daily with design engineers and product managers, maintaining quality.
