Job summary

Plasma is building the primary account for global money. You will own the Plasma experience, turning ideas into production-ready features and refining the design system as the product grows.

The role emphasizes autonomy, rigorous craft, and collaboration with engineers to move fast while keeping quality high. We expect 6+ years of consumer product design, shipped native mobile work, and a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and thoughtful decision-making.

Qualifications

• Substantial consumer product experience with shipped native iOS and/or Android work.
• Portfolio with exceptional craft showing refined details and design reasoning.
• Ability to create functional prototypes; coding knowledge is a bonus.
• Strong product judgment; able to justify decisions with user evidence.
• Direct, thoughtful collaboration; able to work independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Own the Plasma experience and shape Plasma One from concept to launch.
• Extend capabilities with AI to explore ambitious ideas and prototypes.
• Turn concepts into working prototypes and collaborate with engineers.
• evolve the design system with reusable components for growth.
• Learn from real use through research, usability testing, and data.
