Job summary

Plasma is building a global money platform. We seek a growth-led marketer to own the paid acquisition engine for Plasma One and Plasma Business, testing creative and audiences across Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube.

You will manage budgets, scale high-performing campaigns, optimize landing pages and onboarding, and collaborate with product/design to drive sign-ups into funded accounts. London-based with visa sponsorship and relocation support.

Qualifications

• You were an early growth hire at a global consumer fintech.
• You know AppsFlyer or Adjust and the ad policies for financial products.
• You are curious about stablecoins and new payment rails; prior crypto experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid acquisition engine that scales Plasma One and Plasma Business, including channels, budget and measurement.
• Own the cost of acquisition of valuable users and manage paid advertising end-to-end.
• Deploy ad variations across platforms to test creative and formats and drive sign-ups to funded accounts.
• Scale audiences and messages on Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube with clear ROI storytelling.
• Run campaigns end-to-end: build, launch, read results and decide where tomorrow's budget goes.
• Collaborate with product and design on landing pages, onboarding and referrals to convert sign-ups into funded users.
• Develop and own tracking, reporting and playbooks; help hire specialists as channels prove out.

• - You inherit a live product with real spend, and you own the paid engine that scales it across Plasma One and Plasma Business. Channels, budget, creative and measurement all sit with you.
• - Own the cost of acquisition of valuable users and managing our paid advertising motion end to end.
• - Deploy many variations of ads, platforms and angles to test high performing creative and formats driving users into both custom funnels and direct to app while measuring downstream events.
• - Take us beyond our crypto-native audience. Find the audiences, messages and formats on Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube that bring in people who fund and keep spending, then scale the ones that work.
• - Run the campaigns yourself. You build them, launch them, read the results and decide where tomorrow's budget goes. New creative, new audiences and new angles every week, with a clear read on what worked and why.
• - Look past the click. Work with product and design on landing pages, onboarding, lifecycle and referrals so a new sign-up becomes a funded account and a regular user.
• - Build the paid function. The tracking, reporting and playbooks you set up become what the team runs on, and as channels prove out you help hire the specialists who scale them.
• The Bar - Regional market expertise. You know how to work on an acquisition strategy that differs between countries and markets - Deep, hands-on experience running paid acquisition at a consumer app or fintech, especially paid social and search, with real budgets and real accountability for the outcome.
• - Understand how to navigate Meta AEM, Google optimization, Apple search ads, Snapchat and other platforms, configure Appsflyer, our data warehouse and creative to achieve exceptional results.
• - A track record of structured creative testing and confident budget allocation across channels.
• - Strong measurement skills. You know attribution, incrementality and cohort analysis, and where each one can mislead you.
• - Range across the funnel. You have improved landing pages, onboarding, lifecycle or referrals, working closely with product and design.
• - Proof, not claims. Show us what you personally tested, what improved, and what it did to acquisition cost, activation and retention. Vague answers will not get through.
• - Resourceful. You find a way to get the answer or the result, with or without a big team behind you.
• - Based in London or ready to relocate.
