Job summary
Our Future Health UK in London seeks a Senior Product Designer to support the design, testing, and implementation of digital products for participant recruitment. The role focuses on service understanding, prototyping, user testing, and digital delivery to translate complex recruitment services into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
You will lead UX/UI activities across discovery to validation, work with product, engineering, clinical and business stakeholders, and ensure accessibility
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer in digital product environments.
- Experience collaborating with content designers and user researchers within an end-to-end design process.
- Experience in large, multi-team service delivery projects spanning internal teams and 3rd party providers.
- Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity in design projects.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design capability.
- Expertise with design tools such as Figma and Miro.
- Experience translating research outcomes into actionable design insights.
- Experience in cross-functional product teams and agile delivery environments.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
Responsibilities

- Communicate design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure designs adhere to our design system and WCAG 2.2 AA-compliance.

- Previous experience designing products, platforms or services within healthcare, government, or other service delivery organisations
- Understanding designing for regulated environments
- Experience working iteratively through pilots or test-and-learn environments, using emerging evidence to evolve designs and inform product direction
- Salary £70,000
- FTC till 5th February
