Job summary

Paddle is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the Core Experience team, owning the foundations that connect all products—from sign-up to onboarding and the design system. You’ll craft experiences that feel seamless as sellers move across features, with a focus on UI polish, accessibility, and scalable components.

You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering, shape AI-enabled interactions, and mentor other designers while raising the bar for craft across Paddle's B2B platform used by

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing end-to-end product design and problem solving.
• Experience owning and maintaining design systems.
• Curious about AI in design and its user value.
• Ability to align stakeholders across teams.
• Strong communication of design decisions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and autonomous delivery.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
• Experience in SaaS/fintech products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of foundational experiences from discovery to delivery.
• Set guidelines and reusable patterns for platform consistency.
• Contribute to integration and AI experiences shaping interactions.
• Lead design thinking for information architecture and components.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems and ship outcomes.
• Use research and feedback to validate decisions.
• Mentor other designers and raise design quality.
• Own customer experience across a large B2B platform.
