Your Team:

As a Senior Product Designer - Banking at Teya, you will play a key role in shaping our financial products by crafting user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and impactful. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design seamless banking experiences that empower our users.

On a regular day as a Senior Product Designer - Banking, you will:

  • Design and Prototype: Craft and refine high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all banking products.
  • User-Centered Approach: Apply user-centered design principles to create financial products that are accessible, easy to use, and solve real customer problems.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design vision and product goals.
  • Enhance Design Consistency: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all banking-related interfaces.
  • User Research: Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions, ensuring that customer needs are at the heart of our product development.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle complex design challenges within the banking space, ensuring regulatory compliance while optimizing the customer journey.
  • Communicate Design Decisions: Present and articulate design choices to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across teams.
  • Drive Innovation: Incorporate emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance design efficiency and user interactions.

Your Story:

  • Experience: You have at least 6+ years of experience in product design, with demonstrated experience in your most recent role as a senior designer.
  • Fintech Experience: A background in designing financial products is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Design Expertise: Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, UX methodologies, and usability best practices.
  • AI Curiosity: An interest in or experience with AI-driven design tools and data-informed decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaboration: A track record of working in agile, cross-functional teams.
