Job Description:

OB has partnered with a high-growth, VC-backed scale-up in the travel industry looking to build a new team. They need a highly skilled Product Designer to lead the product design function. The role offers autonomy and involves wearing multiple hats across the full product design lifecycle, from research to designing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-growth or VC-backed startups or scale-ups, particularly in small teams, with end-to-end responsibilities. A keen interest in outdoors, travel, expeditions, or sustainability is also preferred.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience working on native iOS/Android apps
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI & UX work on mobile and web apps
• Comfortable working remotely
• Experience in high-growth/VC-backed startups, ideally in e-commerce or retail
