Job summary

RedCat Digital is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design across new healthtech ventures, guiding projects from discovery through launch. You will balance quick, scrappy learning with polished, shipping outcomes in a lean, high-growth team.

The role emphasizes consumer product design with some work on backend/B2B systems, and may include brand/identity tasks. A strong portfolio and experience in healthtech or consumer products are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work.
• Experience in high-growth environments on 0-1 products is a plus.
• Healthtech experience is advantageous, but consumer product design is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across new ventures, from discovery to launch.
• Work across varying fidelity levels, from scrappy learning to shipping polished products.
• Speak directly to customers and run research to validate or kill ideas quickly.

Job description

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end design across new ventures, from early discovery to launch
• Working at varying fidelity - quick and scrappy for learning, polished for shipping
• Speaking directly to customers and running research to validate or kill ideas fast
• Focusing mainly on consumer product design, with some involvement in the B2B/backend systems behind it
• Getting involved in some brand/identity work for new ventures, if interested

The Senior Product Designer will have:

• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work
• Ideally worked in scrappy, high-growth environments on 0-1 products, however not a must-have
• Experience in healthtech is advantageous, but any consumer / b2c experience product design work is OK
