Job summary

Burns Sheehan is helping a high-growth healthtech company in London recruit a Senior Product Designer for a 3-month contract with potential to convert. The role is hands-on, end-to-end, focused on mobile experiences and exceptional visual craft, blending UX and UI to move from discovery and research through to polished execution.

You’ll be genuinely blended across UX/UI, collaborate with product and engineering, apply usability testing and experimentation, and leverage AI tools like Claude Code

Qualifications

• Strong mobile product design experience.
• Excellent visual/UI craft with portfolio.
• A true UX/UI blend, comfortable with both problem definition and detailed execution.
• Evidence of designing products that have moved meaningful customer or commercial metrics.
• Research, usability testing and experimentation experience.
• AI embedded into design workflow (Claude Code or Cursor).

Role: Senior Product Designer

Location: London - hybrid 3 days per week in the office

Contract duration: 3 months initially, with potential to convert to permanent

Day Rate: £480 p/d Outside IR35

Start Date: ASAP

I’m working with a high-growth digital healthtech business looking for a Senior Product Designer to join them on a contract basis, with potential to convert to permanent.

This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end product design role with a big focus on mobile experiences and exceptional visual craft. They need someone genuinely blended across UX and UI, who can take a problem from discovery and research through to polished, high‑quality execution.

They’re looking for someone with:

• Strong mobile product design experience
• Excellent visual/UI craft, backed up by a strong portfolio
• A true UX/UI blend, comfortable with both problem definition and detailed execution
• Evidence of designing products that have moved meaningful customer or commercial metrics
• Research, usability testing and experimentation experience
• AI already embedded into your design workflow, ideally using tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
