About the Role

A Mobile App Senior Product Designer / Senior UX/UI Designer is needed by a large global B2B2C Travel business that offers a range of travel and lifestyle benefits in the rewards, loyalty, and incentives space. The company plans to quadruple their revenue over the next 2-3 years, with the mobile app playing a central role in their growth strategy.

Location

Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office)

Reporting and Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer / Senior UX/UI Designer will report to the Lead Designer and will be responsible for developing the mobile app experience from research and discovery through to iterative design and the development of new design systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Successfully deliver a best-in-class mobile app.
2. Create engaging and intuitive user experiences across digital products.
3. Test design concepts with customers and iterate based on feedback.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to ensure designs meet business, customer, and technical needs.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a Product Design/UX role within a mobile-first environment, across sectors such as retail, travel, hotels, holidays, airlines, ticketing, finance, insurance, or price comparison.
• Proficiency with design tools like Sketch, Abstract, Zeplin, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
