Overview

We're hiring for a Senior Product Designer at Digitas UK. You will play a crucial role in fostering innovation and delivering exceptional craft skills within a collaborative team environment. You'll be responsible for creating designs that not only exceed client expectations but also solve real customer problems.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Creating meaningful work to positively impact our client's business and customers.
• Originating UX thinking and visual execution that exceeds client expectations.
• Working in short "sprint" engagements to uncover problems or craft potential solutions.
• Validating designs through research and iterating based on findings.
• Using your experience to input into feature prioritization.
• Confidently presenting your work to a variety of stakeholders.
• Actively participating in workshops.
• Applying accessibility and inclusive design approaches.

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for

• Warm and empathetic, with the gravitas to lead by influence.
• Ability to supportively challenge clients and help them rethink their business operations.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience presenting work to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to engage in ideation and concept development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing designs created from scratch.
• Proven experience in using research and validation to inform solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to create work with commercial success.

Desirable

• Expertise in creating accessible experiences.
• Experience working with and maintaining design systems.
