Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their commercial team, playing a critical role in shaping the user experience of a global digital platform. This role involves designing intuitive, customer-focused solutions for a major international website used by millions of travellers. It is ideal for a highly experienced designer who is passionate about human-centred design, digital innovation, and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

Champion design quality across multiple product teams and partner collaborations
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team culture
Design user journeys, interaction flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for various devices
Apply design thinking and iterative testing to shape and refine concepts
Contribute to and evolve shared design systems and UI patterns
Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful experiences

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in UX/Product Design with a strong portfolio of cross-device projects
Expertise in Figma, with working knowledge of tools such as Miro, Zeplin, and prototyping software
In-depth knowledge of human-centred design methodologies and user research
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience mentoring design teams and influencing strategic direction
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
