Job summary

eTeam's London studio is seeking an exceptional Product Designer to join our team on a 12-month contract. You’ll work across cross-functional partners to shape products that feel designed for everyone, regardless of location or language, combining culture and UX.

You’ll bring senior design experience, a sharp visual and interaction design eye, a strong portfolio, and ability to distill complex problems into clear, elegant interfaces while communicating direction under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior product design role across multiple platforms.
• Online portfolio demonstrating the quality and scope of work.
• Exceptional eye for detail and problem solving with modern design patterns.
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas through sketches, wireframes and prototypes.
• Comfort operating without a fixed roadmap and tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence partner teams.
• Fluency in English; second language such as Arabic or Turkish is a plus.

• Client’s International Human Interface Design team is seeking an exceptional Product Designer to join our London studio.

Description:

• You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to provide expertise and new perspectives in a large organization.
• You should possess extraordinary visual and user interface design skills, as well as user centered design principals.
• You have an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details.
• While exercising a good eye for aesthetics, you are able to grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions.
• This position requires flexibility and the ability to clearly communicate product direction under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills are required, as well as coolness under pressure, creative problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an ambiguous, evolving project space.

Key Qualifications:

• Proper experience in a senior product design role, with a focus on visual and interaction design across a range of platforms.
• An online portfolio demonstrating the quality and scope of your work.
• An exceptional eye for detail, creative problem solving, and fluency in modern software design patterns and tools.
• The ability to clearly communicate ideas through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and interactive prototypes.
• Comfort operating without a fixed roadmap or long-term product ownership, and with context-switching between multiple concurrent projects.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for an iterative design process, driven by collaborative group critique.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to influence partner teams and confidently present to large groups and executives.
• Proactive approach to ambiguous situations, creating clarity without direction and defining software products from the ground up.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to take and apply feedback constructively.
• Awareness of cultural impact on design and a desire to make inclusive design choices.
• In addition to English, fluency in a second language – particularly Arabic, Turkish, or one relevant to markets in Europe, or Latin America, is required.
• Typography and font development skills is highly preferred.
