RedCat Digital is seeking an experienced Product Designer to shape AI-powered digital experiences used by millions of businesses. You will own the design vision across international markets, blending data, customer insight, and AI capabilities to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.

You’ll lead discovery, prototyping, and delivery with a strong emphasis on scalable design systems and collaboration with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design/UX Design or related disciplines.
• Strong background designing B2B SaaS or product-led growth experiences.
• Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes through design.
• Experience working across international markets and localised user experiences.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimisation, customer journeys, and funnel design.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
• Exposure to AI-driven products or AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems at scale.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

We're partnering with a global technology organisation looking for an experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of AI-powered digital experiences used by millions of businesses worldwide.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing product team responsible for creating seamless, scalable experiences across international markets. You'll work at the intersection of product, design, engineering, analytics, and marketing, helping to drive growth through customer-centred design and experimentation.

The Role

As a senior member of the design team, you'll own the design vision and strategy for a key product area, creating experiences that work globally while remaining relevant to local customer needs. You'll use data, customer insight, and emerging AI capabilities to design intuitive, high-impact products that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.

You'll be encouraged to embrace AI throughout the design process, from discovery and prototyping through to delivery, helping teams move faster while maintaining an exceptional standard of design craft.

Key Responsibilities
