We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the dynamic Haven Product Design team. Working for one of the UK's best-loved holiday brands, you will play a pivotal part in a team that designs great customer-centric experiences across all of our digital platforms, including guest-facing interfaces and team member tools. You will work closely with colleagues in Digital.

With an ambitious digital roadmap to support a growth plan, you will be at the heart of delighting our customers. You can be based anywhere in the UK for this role, as long as you're willing to travel occasionally to meet your team and stakeholders.

Your Opportunity:
  • Designing user-friendly products that meet business goals by understanding our Guests and users
  • Exploring design options collaboratively with product managers, delivery teams, and users
  • Creating consistent sitewide experiences
  • Embracing and evolving the Haven Design System to encourage reuse
  • Leading innovative design solutions and inspiring new ways of thinking
  • Collaborating with software engineers to implement designs into products
  • Translating business goals into creative design solutions
  • Supporting business goals and KPIs through UX/UI design
  • Mentoring and managing junior team members
What we’d like you to bring:
  • Proven experience in design for large brands, whether in-house, agency, or freelance
  • Experience mentoring junior designers or the ability to do so
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, web standards, typography, colour, and usability standards
