Job Description

We are leaders in developing new pricing strategies to minimize fees, avoid cross-subsidization, and ensure our customers understand exactly what they are paying for.

We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Compliance Senior Manager to join our Product, Compliance, and Risk Team. This role involves owning and developing our Pricing controls framework and regulatory compliance strategy. It is a key position that puts you at the forefront of how we deliver value to our customers.

This is a first line of defense, hands-on role, embedded in the Pricing Product Squad.

You will lead and expand our Pricing Product Compliance and Risk program, assess compliance risks related to new pricing models, and oversee projects and decision-making processes, including:

  1. Interpreting and translating regulatory requirements for Product and Engineering teams to seamlessly implement pricing controls when launching new strategies.
  2. Coordinating with global product, marketing, compliance oversight, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of pricing changes.
  3. Refining and improving customer communication regarding pricing to ensure regulatory compliance and clear expectations.
  4. Collaborating with the Pricing product team to innovate and minimize fees while delivering maximum value to customers.
  5. Building a framework for pricing controls to meet regulatory requirements and minimize risks.
  6. Participating in industry associations and regulatory consultations to stay ahead of changes and best practices.

About you:
  • You can interpret legislation related to pricing, consumer conduct, and financial promotions across multiple jurisdictions.
  • You have experience working with cross-functional teams to launch products in various regions or lines of business.
  • You possess deep knowledge of Payments and Financial Services Regulations from a consultancy, in-house, or legal perspective.
  • You have led major projects influencing decision-making, such as product launches, remediations, or audits.
  • You are skilled at explaining complex regulatory expectations to senior stakeholders and executives.
  • You have experience building operational frameworks for others to follow.
