Are you a results-oriented marketing leader ready to lead the Marketing Strategy for L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty's UKI's #1 Skincare Brand? We're seeking a dynamic individual to build, lead, and execute our consumer-centric 360 activation plans for CeraVe.
This is your opportunity to drive significant growth across strategic core franchises for the brand, whilst spearheading exciting new product innovation, all while aligning with the overarching brand strategy. From high impact large media campaigns to leading local shoots with some of the UK's hottest comedic talents - such as Jack Whitehall or Munya Chawara. Plus ample opportunities to elevate your profile and hone your presentation skills - whether it is presenting to our Divisional MD or presenting at our annual conference to our division's 200 employees. Since launching in the UK in 2018, CeraVe has gone through a phenomenal growth journey (+28% CAGR 2020-24) and is now the #4 Skincare brand within the UK, and the largest brand within the L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty.
