Job description

As a Senior Product Associate within the Collaboration and Communication Product Line, you will apply your expertise to all aspects of the software development and platform engineering lifecycle, working in agile product teams and partnering with stakeholders to align on goals for employees and customers. You will explore areas including serverless computing, mobile, and big data technologies to push product boundaries. We seek a Product Associate to manage and advance three key product areas within our Email Product Team. This role oversees the mail relay infrastructure (SMTP), supporting over 1,500 applications that send millions of emails daily. Additionally, you will own our secure file sharing solution, crucial for transactions and content delivery, and drive integration with the Microsoft 365 (M365) stack to automate business processes. This is a unique opportunity to influence foundational communication and collaboration products across the enterprise.

Based in Jersey City or the UK (London, Bournemouth), you will shape strategy and execution within a dynamic, agile, multi-functional team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap to deliver value.
  • Prioritize the product backlog and maintain a clear product vision.
  • Manage the product lifecycle through planning, execution, and future development, including risk management.
  • Measure KPIs and success metrics to track progress against targets.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to balance business delivery, technology enablement, and operational needs.
  • Understand and advocate for customer needs.
  • Work with users and stakeholders to drive adoption and optimize workflows.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to inform product strategy.
  • Define and track business metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
  • Lead go-to-market and marketing strategies for the product.
  • Exhibit strong risk management practices throughout the development process.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in product management or relevant domain expertise.
  • Background in enterprise technology product management.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts, architectures, and cloud principles; hands-on development not required.
  • Experience with data mapping and migrations in product management.
  • Proven ability to develop roadmaps, reports, and documentation for enterprise solutions.
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including strategy, customer engagement, architecture, engineering, and operations.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and emerging technologies.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for managing partnerships.
  • Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/Confluence using standard notations.
