Job summary

Zopa is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join the Transaction Enrichment team in London. The role blends data analytics with product thinking to shape what we build and how it ships, using AI and data-driven insights to improve transaction categorisation and data quality.

You'll code with SQL/Python, work with LLM APIs, and run experiments to translate findings into roadmap decisions alongside Product and Engineering. A flexible hybrid setup and collaboration across squads are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an analytical or technical role, fintech or data-led environment a plus.
• Comfortable writing code in SQL and/or Python to explore data and prototype ideas.
• Experience with calling and structuring outputs from LLM APIs.

Responsibilities

• Analyse enrichment data to understand where enrichment falls short and quantify problems.
• Surface product and data patterns that reveal gaps or systemic fixes.
• Design practical behavior of proposed solutions, including inputs, trade-offs, and costs.
