Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our UK support functions, working in our Digital Data & Analytics squad. This role involves driving product development through data collection and advanced analytics, creating reports, dashboards, and models, and uncovering insights within our data.

You will partner with the Product Manager and oversee a Product Analyst, engaging with business leaders to develop reusable data assets and support data democratization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data related to digital user behavior, customer records, and offline operations to provide actionable insights.
  • Design and deploy models related to app and web user behavior and customer profiles.
  • Conduct statistical analyses, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
  • Improve existing models and data definitions based on insights.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and developers to integrate AI models and ensure accessible data capture.
  • Lead at least one Product Analyst, establishing best practices.
  • Work with other analysts to ensure data usability.
  • Track and report KPIs supporting healthcare delivery.
  • Create data dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the data strategy at departmental and organizational levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Amplitude, Adobe).
  • Experience with data warehouse platforms like Snowflake.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn.
