Job summary

Hamilton Barnes is seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to support Product Owners and Agile delivery teams within a large digital transformation program in Reading. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear solutions.

Key duties include gathering and documenting requirements, shaping end-to-end product analysis, prioritising needs, and mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product analysis or business analysis experience.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience working with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams.
• Experience in regulated industries.

• Work with stakeholders to understand and prioritise competing needs.
• Support business process analysis, scoping and solution design.
• Present complex business and technical information clearly.

• Support and mentor Junior Analysts where required.
• Strong experience as a Senior Product Analyst, Business Analyst or Product-focused BA.
• Proven experience working with Product Owners and Agile teams.
• Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience translating business needs into functional or technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience within utilities, energy or another regulated industry.
