About this role:

We are looking for a new Senior Product Analyst for our Ventures Pillar – one of JET’s newest, most ambitious and innovative teams. Think of the Ventures team as the special ops of product development - relentlessly efficient, highly collaborative, and laser-focused on what’s next. We turn big ideas into real-world impact across our global business.

Your analytical expertise will help us understand product performance, identify improvement areas, and drive impactful decisions.Working closely with product managers, you’ll translate complex data into actionable insights that shape our global user experience.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Lead analytics projects end-to-end: from scoping to execution to stakeholder communication.
• Translate product/business needs into robust metrics and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop reporting in BigQuery, Looker, Tableau; use Python for deeper analysis when needed.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalability.
• Seek clarification on the relevance of data requests; drive prioritization and focus.
• Act as a sparring partner for PMs and tech leads, not just a reporting resource.

What will you bring to the table?

• Significant experience in product/data analytics, ideally in tech or fast-moving environments.
• Strong technical skills: SQL (BigQuery), visualisation (Looker, Tableau), scripting is nice to have (e.g.Python).
• Deep experience working with product teams on KPI development, experimentation, and iterative product improvement.
• Strong business acumen and ability to tie analytics to impact.
• Excellent communicator, able to handle high-stake discussions with clarity and empathy.
• Nice to have: e-commerce, food delivery, or marketplace industry experience.
