We are currently looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team.

The role will report to a Product Manager.

Location:

United Kingdom

Responsibilities:
  • Specify software development requirements to meet the strategic, financial, and operational needs of CHAMP Cargosystems clients and support the development team during development.
  • Provide efficient solutions considering product and technical debt.
  • Own end-to-end business domain modules and collaborate with stakeholders to agree on documented and efficient solutions, including functional and integration specifications.
  • Lead projects from inception to go-live, managing analysts and development teams.
  • Support and mentor other business analysts and developers.
  • Apply technical and product knowledge to analyze requirements and define suitable solutions for application enhancement.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, obtain stakeholder approval, and produce updated support documentation during implementation.
  • Define test cases and provide BA acceptance for developments and fixes.
  • Create business process workflows, UI designs, and mock-ups mimicking user interactions.
  • Support technical teams during development and test programs for compliance.
  • Investigate operational issues, identify causes, and support corrections.
  • Build and maintain test libraries for manual and automated testing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experience with Air Cargo management systems and domain knowledge in Air Cargo workflows.
  • Knowledge of industry message formats, rules, and applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with common PC software.
  • Understanding of external interfacing systems.
  • Systematic problem-solving under pressure within a team.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API testing tools like Swagger and Postman.
  • Ability to create API documentation using YAML.
  • Creative, analytical thinking with research backing for ideas.
  • Team-oriented with collaboration experience with designers, architects, and clients.
  • Experience with wireframing tools such as Invision, Marvel, Proto.io, Framer, Axure.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and user story creation.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business Management.
  • Experience in systems analysis and support.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the Air Cargo domain.

The selected candidate may need to provide a recent (not older than 3 months) criminal record certificate.
