Job summary

Found is a growing London-based agency seeking a Senior Producer to lead complex visual projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high production and creative standards, while safeguarding client vision and project health.

You’ll own projects from brief through to final delivery, working with Producers, Designers and Creative Leads to bring ideas to life. You’ll manage estimates, statements of work, and schedules, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple projects and stages of production.
• Strong project and client management experience.
• Maintaining high production and creative standards.
• Excellent communication and feedback delivery.
• High attention to detail and weekly QC/reporting.
• Budget management and tracking live project costs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership from brief to final delivery.
• Lead projects with Producers, Designers and Creative Leads.
• Build strong internal and client relationships.
• Prepare and manage estimates, statements of work, and schedules.
• Communicate plans clearly with clients and teams.
