A leading creative communications agency in London seeks a Senior Producer to manage bespoke projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong production expertise across traditional and digital channels, guiding junior members while ensuring high-quality delivery on time and budget.

THE ROLE The Senior Producer leads the origination of bespoke projects from inception to completion, assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of the process and workflow. This role has a particular focus on the origination of moving content through both external production and in-house partners but also requires a solid understanding of stills and social, and how these integrate into 360 campaigns. As a Senior within the team, you will guide junior members and pass on your expertise. This is an integrated role where the expectation will be to produce across traditional and digital channels for advertising campaigns, whilst supporting the Executive Producer. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on production expertise, requiring a strong understanding of agency production, in-house and post-production processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time and on budget •Excellent knowledge of top companies, celebrated work, talent, techniques and technology around production, maintaining strong local and international production connections and staying abreast of changes and new talent in the industry •Ability to recognise and engage brilliant talent (directors, editors, photographers, composers and production crew) •Build strong working relationships internally and with production partners and clients, with a pleasant, proactive and firm but fair approach •Be assertive, to keep the client, production partners and internal teams motivated - no matter what unforeseen situation arises •Understand the requirements and feedback from clients, creative and account management, and communicate clearly with key stakeholders •Find the best production solution and lead the production process to deliver to the highest quality, on time and within budget •Ensure all financials are kept up to date: estimates, POs, timesheets, invoices, billing •Liaise with Business Affairs for items related to talent, insurance and playouts •Manage accurate cost tracking and reconciliation of projects, ensuring budgets and fees are recognised in a timely fashion •Be proactive – keeping two steps ahead of everyone else, never making assumptions and always leading •Proactively anticipate potential problems and formulate smart solutions in a calm manner •Recognise and nurture good creativity •Protect & follow the production process •Be flexible to adapt to changing business needs •Inspire and mentor junior producers THIS ROLE WORKS CLOSELY WITH •Internal teams across Business Leadership, Creative, Business Affairs, Client Services, Operations and Post-Production. •External production companies, directors, editors, photographers, and other creative talent. •Finance teams including Commercial and London Finance Directors. •Other Craft studios and network stakeholders. MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS •Extensive experience as an agency type Senior Producer in an agency environment •Experience in line production and production management, and an understanding of post-production, with an openness to grow and develop hybrid skills in this area •Proven experience working with well-known, high profile key accounts, and a strong understanding of working with internal and external production/cost consultants •Solid understanding of production techniques including remote production and digital technologies •Established relationships with production companies and freelance talent at a local level. •Solid experience of scoping and planning projects within timescales and budget.
