At IMG, our Studios business uses content and technology to power the world's passion for sport, working with global clients including The Premier League, The R&A, DP World Tour, Euroleague Basketball, and Major League Soccer. We have Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating top-tier sporting coverage. Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites, and various radio, podcast, dubbing, and VFX facilities, with a focus on remote production and sustainability through our Green to Screen initiative. We produce live coverage, archives, highlights, social media content, branded content, and feature films, aiming to be the gold standard in all we do.

What You’ll Do:

The Premier League Productions digital department is central to content creation for the Premier League's digital channels and broadcast partners. We craft compelling, digital-first video content that captures the excitement and passion of our league, engaging a global audience and attracting new fans. Our work ranges from live coverage and highlights to original features and short films, all aligned with strategic goals and quality standards. We are a fast-paced, collaborative team that values creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of social media, football, and our audiences.

Note: Role based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge (until August 2026), then Olympia, Kensington, London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily social content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
• Coordinate content plans leveraging access to players, games, and archives, aligned with business objectives and digital trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of Producers and Assistant Producers, embodying company purpose and key behaviors.
• Collaborate across teams to maximize content effectiveness across linear and social channels.
• Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders at the Premier League and broadcast partners.
• Use data and insights to track performance, optimize content, and report outcomes.
• Research and test new methods, including social media trends, AI, editing practices, and productivity tools.
• Ensure a consistent tone of voice across all content.
• Manage teams on the ground during games or shoots.
• Perform other duties within scope as required.

Required Strengths:

• 5+ years in social media management or content production.
• Management experience.
• Proven success in developing and executing social media campaigns or content strategies.
• Extensive experience with video content creation, especially Adobe suite.
• Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred but Not Essential:

• Experience creating digital content for sports federations or broadcasters.
• Experience working on-location, during shoots, or at live sports events.
