Job description
This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.
We're looking for a highly organised, creative, and solutions-driven Senior Producer to join our London team and lead the execution of best-in-class events, brand activations, and integrated campaign productions. Please note that this is a senior position and we require a minimum of 3 years experience from a similar role.
You'll be the bridge between creative vision and flawless delivery, overseeing projects from ideation through to execution, ensuring each experience comes to life on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end production of experiential events, pop-ups, brand activations, and integrated campaigns across digital, physical, and hybrid formats.
Collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and account teams to turn ideas into actionable production plans.
Own and manage production timelines, budgets, and scopes, ensuring financial and operational efficiency throughout.
Source, brief, and manage external vendors including venues, set designers, fabricators, AV/tech teams, staffing, logistics, and permitting.
Maintain strong communication with clients, acting as the production point of contact and managing expectations throughout the process.
Navigate risk, troubleshoot issues on the fly, and ensure seamless onsite execution.
Oversee junior producers, coordinators, and freelance teams, ensuring alignment and delivery standards.
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience in production, events, or brand experience, preferably in a creative agency or production house environment.
Proven experience producing a variety of event formats and campaign activations, from large-scale brand moments to niche cultural experiences.
Deep understanding of the full production lifecycle, with strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills.
Strong logistical, organisational, and leadership skills - you thrive in high-pressure environments and know how to bring calm to the chaos.
Collaborative, team-first mentality, but confident taking the lead and making decisions.
Passion for culture, design, and storytelling through experiences.
Willingness to travel and work outside traditional office hours when needed.
Bonus Points
Experience with global markets or cross-regional productions.
A network of trusted vendors and freelancers, primarily in London.
Familiarity with sustainability-focused production practices.
