As a Senior Producer, you will support the Lead Producers in delivering projects successfully, working globally across all production areas and collaborating closely with the Leadership Team. You will oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth project execution.

Founded in 2012, Cloud Imperium Games develops innovative video games that challenge expectations. We are currently working on Star Citizen, a record-breaking multiplayer space sim, and Squadron 42, a cinematic single-player adventure set in the same universe. Join us as we push boundaries and make gaming history.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the Leadership team to deliver project goals aligned with available resources.
2. Identify, communicate, and resolve risks and issues that could impact deadlines.
3. Proactively solve problems independently and collaboratively, fostering strong relationships.
4. Manage and mentor various producers on the project.
5. Promote efficient practices and motivate the team, maintaining healthy team dynamics.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned, including supporting hiring efforts.

• Proven experience as a video game producer working with development teams.

• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
