BBH Studios is “Where Great Ideas Come to Life” and is our newly launched production first offering comprising of design, film, music, social and studio. It is a subsidiary of BBH London LLP.

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Social Producer for Social, with 5 years + experience from a social production background to join a fast-growing team, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to produce social campaigns for BBH’s most loved brands, working with some of the industry’s best social specialists and creatives.

This new role will have autonomy within BBH Studios to work closely alongside the Senior Creative and bring in Makers, directors, editors and production teams as vendors to facilitate the vision of this offering. The Senior Social Producer will also have experience as a client facing ambassador that is able to work closely with the CPO and Head of Growth on shaping and pitching new business opportunities for Social content.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• You will work with the BBH Studios Senior Creative and production leadership team to plan, budget and deliver social campaigns, from scoping the creative, facilitating shoots and delivering the final assets
• You will be responsible for managing the capacity of our content creators and external self-shooters, editors and directors on a day to day basis ensuring that projects are managed efficiently and effectively
• You will support our Social Directors to manage invoicing and payment with vendors and our Finance Coordinator
• You will work on production processes and protocols, creating call sheets, risk assessments and all relevant documentation including insurance.

Skills and Abilities:

• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• A creative problem-solver that brings solutions to the table. The answer no should never be given without solutions being offered.
• A team player who embraces the agency culture, gets involved with the various initiatives, enjoys working in a team, celebrates the successes of the agency and their peers and keeps pushing for better work
• Always remains positive, calm and motivated, inspiring colleagues to maintain a similar attitude
• You are confident managing small budget productions, up to 50k
• Open and willing to share their knowledge of industry developments in production with the team as well as the wider agency
• You are happy to work in a fast-paced production environment, able to juggle multiple productions
• You have knowledge of legalities around areas such as music licensing and competitions associated with social media platforms.
• Experience of working with influencers across social channels would also be beneficial
• You will have knowledge of Brand IP to avoid capturing unnecessarily during filming.
