Are you a production maestro with a flair for turning ideas into a visual feast? Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) are on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Producer to take the reins of our creative projects-spanning Beauty, Fashion, Food, Home, and Technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Command the entire production process from concept to completion, orchestrating planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation like a virtuoso.
- Driving Efficiencies: Revolutionize our operation to be more efficient and cost-effective. Educate teams on crafting stellar briefs, deliverables, and timelines for optimal outcomes.
- Client Partnership: Be the clients' trusted ally on production matters, building robust relationships and reliably meeting their needs and expectations.
- Budget Management: Navigate the financial seas by managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and reporting savings. Shape a commercially savvy team that thrives on financial acumen.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative directors, designers, and the team to ensure the integrity and audacity of the creative vision within project constraints.
- Team Management: Mentor and elevate junior producers and staff, fostering a collaborative and thriving work environment.
- Opportunity Identification: Spot and seize opportunities to reduce workload and inefficiencies in collaboration with partners, driving key partnership objectives.
- Vendor and Talent Management: Curate the best external vendors and talent, negotiating and managing relationships to ensure top-tier project contributions.
- Quality Control: Keep a discerning eye on project execution, guaranteeing deliverables meet or exceed studio standards and client expectations.
- Risk Management: Anticipate project risks and devise nimble mitigation strategies for seamless project execution.
- Financial Oversight: Steward project resources and budgets for optimal financial health.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in production, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in managing and delivering diverse creative projects.
- Stellar leadership skills to inspire and drive team success.
- Excellent client service prowess with a knack for building trust.
- Deep knowledge of production processes and tech trends.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to juggle multiple fast-paced projects.
- Passionate about creativity, innovation, and quality.
- Strong commercial sense with proven budget management expertise.
