About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to support procurement operations and vendor negotiations in a fast-paced, global environment. This fully remote position involves collaborating across departments to optimize spend, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, hands-on experience with Procure2Pay systems, and effective negotiation skills. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, supporting procurement systems, and contributing to cost-saving strategies across functions such as IT, marketing, and engineering.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily procurement activities, managing vendor contracts and approvals across multiple spend categories.
  2. Lead contract negotiations for goods and services including software, hardware, and professional services.
  3. Support internal teams through the procurement process and provide training on Procure2Pay systems.
  4. Manage vendor onboarding and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  5. Collaborate with legal and security teams during vendor selection and contract development.
  6. Analyze procurement data, generate reports, and support internal audits.
  7. Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead competitive bidding processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • 6+ years of procurement experience, with expertise in Procure2Pay platforms and ERP systems.
  • Proven vendor management, contract negotiation, and indirect procurement experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Understanding of procurement compliance and best practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Engineering).
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
